Inside Sales Consultant

About the role

A fast-growing company in Zetland, Sydney is hiring an experienced Inside Sales Executive through WOW Recruitment. It is a genuine full-cycle inside sales role working with warm, hot inbound leads, with no cold-calling or database building. The advertised pay is $80,000 plus superannuation and uncapped commission, with an OTE of $140K+ in the first year.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of warm and hot inbound sales enquiries
• Own the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to close
• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs
• Convert qualified inbound leads into sales
• Conduct high-volume phone-based sales and follow up on opportunities
• Negotiate, overcome objections and close deals
• Manage and prioritise a busy sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the CRM
• Attend occasional face-to-face customer meetings when required
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing Inside Sales team

Required profile

• 2+ years' experience in a phone-based, full-cycle sales role
• Proven experience converting inbound leads and enquiries
• Strong track record of closing sales and achieving targets
• Ability to manage a high volume of opportunities in a target-driven environment
• Positive, team-first attitude and a genuine desire to learn and progress
