Initiative Lead

About the role

The SCFE Go‑to‑Market Initiative Lead orchestrates end‑to‑end delivery of go‑to‑market outcomes across SCFE releases, connecting value streams, delivery squads, product, technology, PMO and GTM workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate timing and delivery pace of features built by multiple engineering squads, managing inter‑dependencies across technology areas and value streams.
• Partner with Agile Delivery Leads, Product Owners and Tech Leads to achieve high‑performance, quality outcomes within squads.
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies, contributing actively in regular risk forums.
• Utilise data and insights to report performance and continuously improve delivery speed and quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agile delivery, stakeholder engagement and risk management within a large‑scale technology environment.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, able to guide initiative teams and promote collaboration across business and technology streams.
• Ability to translate delivery roadmaps into integrated, executable go‑to‑market plans.
