Infrastructure Director

About the role

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company working with clients across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources, is seeking an Infrastructure Director. The role leads end-to-end delivery of projects in major infrastructure sectors and builds a high-performing team, while driving business development and expanding the company's market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across power & utilities, transport, renewables and ideally water and ports
• Inspire and grow a high-performing team, fostering excellence and innovation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Drive business development and expand the company's presence in the market
• Champion service delivery excellence and contribute to strategic growth

Required profile

• Currently residing in Australia with full working rights
• Professionally qualified in construction, cost management, engineering or project management
• Minimum 15 years' experience in a similar industry
• Sound knowledge of the construction industry
• Experience with major projects in utilities, power, transport and/or renewables
• Exceptional business development experience with a large network in the South Australia infrastructure market
• Experience in a client-focused consultancy environment
