Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for a hands‑on IT Infrastructure Specialist to own and optimise our core technology environment. This broad, generalist position spans servers, networks, cloud platforms, security, and end‑user systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain core IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and cloud platforms.
• Ensure system uptime, performance and reliability across the environment.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure and Active Directory services.
• Support and optimise hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and network issues.
• Implement and maintain security controls, backups and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver infrastructure projects.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and escalation for complex technical problems.

Required profile

• Experience as a System Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer or IT Generalist.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work across multiple technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, continuous‑improvement attitude.
