Inclusion Support Specialist (ISS) Educator

About the role

Join Junior Adventures Group as an Inclusion Support Specialist (ISS) Educator at our Point Cook OSHC service. You will work 15 hours per week across Monday‑Friday afternoons, delivering inclusive support to children with diverse needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized and inclusive support, enabling children to participate in learning and development activities.
• Collaborate with families, school communities and the wider team, and occasionally assist nearby services when needed.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for working with children and a team‑player attitude.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check, state working‑with‑children check and Australian working rights.
• VIC Diploma‑Level qualification (or working towards) for an educator role.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.
