Inbound Sales Consultant

About the role

O'Brien Customer Solutions, part of Belron, is hiring an Inbound Sales Consultant in Padstow. You will be the first point of contact for customers calling O'Brien, handling inbound calls and booking vehicle glass repair and replacement appointments. The role focuses on quality conversations rather than cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer calls with confidence and care
• Book vehicle glass repair and replacement appointments
• Explain solutions and value-added products clearly
• Build trust through professional communication
• Work collaboratively within a stable, established team

Required profile

• No glass industry experience needed; transferable skills matter most
• Customer service or sales experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality, banking, insurance, trades support)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Reliable, professional approach and a genuine desire to help customers

What we offer

• Casual rate of $42 per hour plus commission and superannuation
• Flexible shifts Monday to Saturday, 8am to 10pm, with 4-week rosters published in advance
