Inbound Sales Consultant

About the role

Join Catholic Healthcare’s inbound sales team in Macquarie Park, providing consultative advice to prospective aged‑care clients and their families. You will triage new business leads, qualify warm enquiries and guide customers through their decision‑making process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries from prospective clients and families, liaising with referrers and internal stakeholders.
• Tri­age and qualify leads, understand customer needs and provide comprehensive information about Catholic Healthcare services.
• Maintain the leads database in CRM, ensuring timely follow‑up and accurate record‑keeping.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service or inbound sales role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient, empathetic approach.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to type accurate detailed records while on the phone and handle multiple databases simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Touch‑typing ability while speaking on the phone.
