Inbound / Outbound Consultant

About the role

This is a hands‑on sales and service position focused on converting broker scenarios, customer enquiries and conditional approvals into completed applications and funded deals. You will build relationships with brokers and customers, explain products clearly, resolve blockers and keep opportunities moving from the first conversation through to funding.

Key responsibilities

• Convert conditional approvals into applications by contacting brokers on the same day, gathering missing information and resolving any issues.
• Contact new leads within an hour, qualify needs and explain the company’s MCA and BTA products in plain language.
• Drive customer top‑ups by presenting offers and following up to complete applications.
• Handle inbound broker and customer calls and emails, providing clear answers and next steps.
• Identify suitable alternative products, larger amounts or longer terms where appropriate and within policy.
• Assess scenarios against policy, structure them correctly and collaborate with Scenario Analysts and the BDM team.
• Coordinate with credit and operations to move deals through approval, contracts and funding.
• Log every call, outcome and next step promptly in the BiiGGA CRM and DriiVe.

Required profile

• Confidence making 40+ outbound calls a day alongside inbound calls and warm or cold conversations.
• Strong sales instincts with the ability to ask for applications, handle objections and close without pressure.
• Warm, clear communication and a reliable approach to customer service.
• Resilience, energy and discipline to work through contact lists and follow up consistently.
• Strong organisation, accurate CRM habits and clear scheduling of next steps.
• Full Australian working rights (PR or citizen).

Required skills

• Experience with commercial lending, MCA, broker support or contact‑centre environments is an advantage.
• Ability to learn products and processes quickly.
