In-Store Operations Lead – Bondi Junction

About the role

The Operations Lead joins the store leadership team at ALO’s flagship location in Bondi Junction, driving profitability and efficiency across all store functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management processes, ensuring accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Manage shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, floor replenishment and supply management.
• Champion visual standards and maintain a safe, efficient stockroom environment.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Managers on reporting, budgets, vendor relationships and facilities.
• Oversee Operations Associates, handling recruitment, development and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Visual Lead and Sales & Service Lead to execute cross‑functional training and company initiatives.
• Open and close the store following back‑of‑house standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a client‑centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership with strong decision‑making abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and receptive to feedback.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform constant movement, lift 10‑15 kg, and stand for an entire shift.
