Implementation Consultant - Jobpac Connect ERP

About the role

BuildingPoint Australia, distributor of Trimble software and hardware for construction, is looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant with expertise in Jobpac Connect ERP. You will be the main contact with customers and lead the implementation of Jobpac Connect across a range of construction businesses, managing several consulting engagements, configuring the software to meet client needs and supporting adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support clients in using Jobpac Connect effectively
• Analyse customer business requirements, objectives and processes to shape solution design and implementation
• Advise clients on best practices, standard methodologies and workflows aligned with their goals
• Deliver software training to end users across all relevant functional areas
• Monitor, track and document consulting interactions and progress in BuildingPoint's case management systems
• Keep clients informed on deliverable status and manage each engagement through to resolution

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience implementing Jobpac Connect or as an administrator/lead user
• Tertiary qualification in business, accounting, IT or payroll administration, or equivalent experience
• Experience implementing software for external clients
• Proven track record as a business consultant in construction or related fields
• Able to travel locally and nationally, with a valid driver's licence
