Implementation Consultant

About the role

Caruso is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end‑to‑end deployments of its AI‑native fund administration platform for private market fund managers. You will work closely with clients to translate their operating models into system workflows and ensure successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementations: discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, go‑live and post‑launch support.
• Translate complex fund structures, compliance needs and investor workflows into scalable Caruso configurations.
• Design pragmatic solutions for non‑standard processes, balancing best practice with platform capabilities.
• Manage data migration workstreams, defining requirements and coordinating with the Data Engineering team for mapping, ETL, validation and loading.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to close feedback loops and improve implementation outcomes.
• Contribute to internal playbooks, templates and tooling to enhance quality, speed and repeatability.
• Support and mentor junior team members as the delivery function scales.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in SaaS implementation, client consulting, systems integration or technical delivery.
• Strong delivery fundamentals: discovery, requirements gathering, stakeholder management and structured project execution.
• Solid understanding of data migration concepts and integration dependencies.
• Consultative mindset with the ability to solve business problems and drive outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex systems to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong ownership and calm execution under pressure.
