ICT Technical Lead

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking an ICT Technical Lead to drive the strategic delivery, performance and continuous improvement of ICT systems across multiple project sites in Adelaide. The role combines technical leadership with commercial acumen to ensure technology solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, deployment, maintenance and optimisation of LAN/WAN infrastructure, networking equipment, communications systems and site‑based technologies.
• Manage ICT budgeting, forecasting, procurement and cost control, providing accurate financial data for tenders and projects.
• Oversee service desk operations, resolve technical issues, perform infrastructure upgrades and ensure service levels are met.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors and outsourced providers to ensure compliance with governance, risk and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior ICT support or operations experience in a complex, multi‑site environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver infrastructure and network solutions on time and within scope.
• Relevant ICT qualifications (Degree or Diploma) and preferably ITIL certification, Project Management qualification and a current driver’s licence.
