ICT Project Manager - SAP SuccessFactors LMS Implementation

About the role

Randstad is recruiting a Technical Project Manager in Brisbane to lead the end-to-end implementation of a large-scale, enterprise Statewide Learning Management Solution (LMS) built on SAP SuccessFactors. The role provides full-time project leadership, governance and planning so the solution is delivered within scope, budget and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project leadership, governance and planning.
• Lead technical project execution and architecture alignment, including system integration, data security and compliance with standards.
• Oversee data transition: data mapping, cleansing, migration, validation, legacy system archiving and decommissioning.
• Manage multidisciplinary technical teams across architecture, engineering, development, testing and data to reach release milestones.
• Direct performance monitoring, risk management, executive reporting, operational readiness and knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Minimum seven years of experience in senior technical project management of large-scale enterprise technology implementations.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary technical teams, managing vendor performance and steering complex technical solution designs.
• Executive-level project governance experience, with strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Brisbane-based candidate with unlimited working rights.

Required skills

• SAP technologies, especially SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Employee Central configuration and integration.
• Project management frameworks such as PRINCE2, MSP, ITIL, Agile or SAP Activate.
