ICT Infrastructure Administrator

About the role

Southern Cross Care WA is seeking an ICT Infrastructure Administrator to provide technical support across its sites in Western Australia. Based at the Central Office in Rivervale, the role offers a hybrid work model with two days per week remote.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2 technical support to all SCC sites, ensuring rapid issue resolution.
• Manage the full lifecycle of ICT equipment – procurement, deployment, maintenance, and de‑commissioning.
• Administer servers, network devices (switches, routers, firewalls), workstations, printers, scanners, mobile and audio‑visual equipment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide consultative ICT support and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Formal IT qualification (degree or equivalent certifications).
• Minimum 3 years of Level 2 support experience with Microsoft and VMware technologies.
• At least 3 years maintaining Microsoft SQL, Exchange and Microsoft 365 cloud services.
• Minimum 3 years experience installing, configuring and administering Citrix XenApp.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with both technical and non‑technical staff.
