Human Resources Business Partner – Senior HR Role

About the role

Join Sekuro’s People & Culture team in Sydney as a senior Human Resources Business Partner. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will balance strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery, supporting leaders and employees across a fast‑growing international cybersecurity consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Act as second‑in‑command to the Head of HR, providing continuity of strategic HR leadership.
• Partner with senior leaders to deliver commercially focused HR advice that drives business outcomes.
• Lead industrial relations across Australia, the UK and Asia, handling disciplinary processes, performance management, grievances, probation terminations and investigations.
• Monitor employment law changes in relevant jurisdictions and ensure compliance of IR practices and frameworks.
• Design and deliver learning and development programmes, championing continuous learning and managing the Zoho Learn LMS.
• Own the people analytics function, providing data‑driven insights to support decision‑making.
• Drive AI‑enabled process improvements and support integration initiatives as the business expands internationally.

Required profile

• Senior HR professional with strong commercial acumen.
• Proven experience in complex employee and industrial relations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Deep knowledge of employment law in Australia, the UK and Asian markets.
• Ability to work independently, influence senior stakeholders and manage change in a dynamic environment.
