About the role

Infosys Australia is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join its Melbourne team. You will work closely with business leaders across Australia, aligning people initiatives with strategic objectives and contributing to a collaborative, high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner, understanding business goals and designing HR initiatives that support them.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that create commercial impact and drive performance.
• Provide expert advice on people solutions, influencing key talent and organizational initiatives.
• Leverage data and insights to set people priorities, improve workforce planning and enhance business outcomes.
• Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
• Support a range of HR activities such as talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, and change management.

Required profile

• 12+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner capacity.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence business decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive HR strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
