Senior Manager – Organisation Design and Implementation

About the role

The Senior Manager, Organisation Design & Implementation leads the delivery of large‑scale people and workforce transformation initiatives for ANZ. You will shape operating models, drive restructures, and support M&A people streams while ensuring clear business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day execution of complex transformation programmes, including operating‑model design, off‑shoring strategies and workforce analysis.
• Act as the central integrator across business stakeholders, Talent & Culture partners, and cross‑functional project teams.
• Manage project risks, inter‑dependencies, and governance processes, removing obstacles to maintain momentum.
• Provide strategic advice and challenge to senior leaders on organisational effectiveness and implementation considerations.
• Oversee the professional development of OD&I consultants and maintain senior‑level relationships with divisional leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, complex workforce transformation or organisational design programmes.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing skills at senior‑executive level.
• Demonstrated people‑management capability, including coaching and development of junior consultants.
• Ability to balance strategic outcomes, investment constraints, delivery risk and time‑to‑benefit.
