About the role
Sodexo is seeking a hands‑on HSE Advisor to join its site‑based team on a FIFO 8/6 roster across various locations in Western Australia. This permanent full‑time position supports safety across all Sodexo functions and works closely with the HSE Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct audits, risk assessments and client‑driven health and safety activities.
- Undertake incident investigations, produce follow‑up reports and contribute to toolbox and pre‑start meetings.
- Provide safety training, mentoring and coaching to onsite personnel.
- Identify improvement areas and implement systems, policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Australian citizenship or full working rights and ability to pass pre‑employment medical, drug/alcohol testing and police check.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the safety industry with a Cert IV in Health and Safety.
- Current WA manual driver’s licence.
Required skills
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with ICAM investigations (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
