HSE Advisor – FIFO 8/6 – Western Australia

About the role

Sodexo is seeking two hands‑on HSE Advisors to join its site‑based team on a FIFO 8/6 roster in Western Australia. One position is permanent full‑time and the other is a 12‑month fixed‑term role, both focused on delivering a strong safety culture on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake incident investigations and produce follow‑up reports.
• Provide safety training, mentoring and coaching to onsite personnel.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement safety systems, policies and procedures.
• Promote a positive safety culture, contribute to toolbox talks and pre‑start meetings.

Required profile

• Australian citizenship or full working rights and ability to undergo pre‑employment medical and drug/alcohol testing.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the safety industry with a Cert IV in Health and Safety.
• Current WA manual driver’s licence and willingness to obtain a National Police Check if not recent.

Required skills

• Cert IV Health and Safety (or equivalent).
• Cert IV Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with ICAM investigations (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
