HR/MR Driver - Caboolture

About the role

Reece Civil, part of Reece Group, is hiring an HR/MR Driver for its Trade Counter team in Caboolture. You will help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople get the products they need for major projects, while also carrying out other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
• Provide customer service and product information
• Provide quotes in person and by phone
• Pick and pack orders and carry out stock control
• Receive incoming goods

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, enjoying helping customers face to face and by phone
• Able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information is accurate
• Clean, valid driver's licence and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
• Interest in developing a career locally, within the network or at head office

Required skills

• Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
• Customer service and order picking
