HR Coordinator (P&C) - Recruitment, Onboarding and ER Support

About the role

Randstad HR Partners is recruiting a P&C (People & Culture) Coordinator for a major national services organisation. You will provide operational HR support to a portfolio of Business Managers and their teams, reporting directly to the People & Culture Manager. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, systems management and practical employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Hiring and onboarding: manage recruitment end to end, including screening, pre-employment medicals, background checks, issuing contracts and inductions.
• HR systems and reporting: manage employee records in the HRIS (Workday), resolve system queries and run regular workforce reports.
• Compliance and admin: process contract changes, handle visa checks, casual conversions and general HR documentation.
• Employee relations support: day-to-day Award and agreement queries, and support the team with workplace matters and grievances.
• People initiatives: support retention, referral and reward programs, and community and partner recruitment events.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment and HR administration or coordination.
• Relevant qualification in HR or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, able to deal with both managers and frontline staff.

Required skills

• Comfortable with HRIS systems and MS Office.
