HR Advisor

About the role

City Fertility is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its national People & Culture team at the Newstead head office. The role combines data‑driven HR reporting, HRIS configuration and hands‑on employee relations support across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly workforce analytics and maintain dashboards on turnover, recruitment, compliance and workforce trends.
• Support configuration, testing (UAT) and ongoing improvement of the Rippling HRIS, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for specialist and senior roles, including sourcing strategy and candidate experience.
• Advise on and case‑manage low‑to‑moderate employee relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case records and HR documentation.
• Review and improve HR processes, SOPs and workflows.
• Deliver HR and HRIS training to managers and employees.
• Support performance reviews, remuneration reviews, compliance monitoring and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics and HRIS configuration or testing, preferably in a multi‑site environment.
• Proven ability to manage low‑to‑moderate employee relations matters with knowledge of the Fair Work Act and modern awards.
• Experience recruiting for specialist, technical or hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Strong analytical and systems‑thinking skills with advanced Excel capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience.
• Availability to start immediately or at short notice.
