HR Advisor

About the role

Eptec Defence is seeking a practical, proactive and people‑focused HR Advisor to join its team in Henderson, WA. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will support the full employee lifecycle and work closely with line managers to deliver effective people solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support employee relations matters including performance management, misconduct, grievances and investigations.
• Provide HR advice and support to line managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Assist with remuneration reviews, reward processes and Enterprise Agreement interpretation.
• Maintain accurate employment records and ensure policy compliance.
• Support recruitment activities and ad‑hoc HR projects as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an HR Advisor, HR Coordinator or HR Generalist.
• Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing or industrial services is highly regarded.
• Australian citizenship and ability to meet Defence security and site access requirements.
