Housing Services Handyperson (Onsite at Ayers Rock Resort)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Housing Services Handyperson to live and work onsite at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT. You will join the Housing Maintenance Team to ensure all residential properties are safe, functional and welcoming for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of the housing department, including cleaning activities and property preparation.
• Maintain inventory controls for furniture, fixtures, equipment and FF&E.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance of buildings, fixtures and fittings as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Prioritise and complete urgent repairs to uphold high guest satisfaction.
• Assist tradespersons with various trade‑related tasks when required.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in a trade or maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of building construction and repair.
• Current full Australian driver’s licence.
• Valid White Card (construction safety certification).
