Housekeeping Room Attendant / Service Attendant

About the role

Crown Perth's Housekeeping team creates welcoming, comfortable stays for guests, from beautifully presented rooms to friendly, attentive service. The role suits people with housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality or customer service experience, and offers a supportive, inclusive team. Candidates must be available at least four days per week within one of two shift windows.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, service and prepare guest rooms, corridors and service areas
• Provide warm, friendly and attentive service to guests
• Keep assigned areas clean, organised and beautifully presented
• Complete daily worksheets, report maintenance issues and manage lost property in line with procedures
• Work with Housekeeping colleagues to keep operations running smoothly and finish daily tasks on time

Required profile

• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality or customer service; hotel experience highly regarded
• Great attention to detail and pride in a high standard of presentation
• Reliable, positive and team-focused approach
• Ability to manage time and stay organised in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable doing the manual handling tasks involved in the role
• Pre-employment medical assessment required
