About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Housekeeper to keep its aged care homes clean, hygienic and safe for residents. The role sits within a busy team of aged care professionals and contributes to the presentation and service quality of the home.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a clean, hygienic and safe home for residents every day.
• Deliver to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, improving the presentation of the home and the service it offers.
• Implement and manage a hygiene maintenance system of auditing and site inspections to support operational excellence.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail, since health and hygiene standards are critical.
• A strong commitment to Work, Health and Safety principles.
• A positive, warm, empathetic and can-do attitude.
• Team player.
