Housekeeper / Cleaner - Ringwood

About the role

Estia Health Ringwood, a retirement village offering accommodation on campus alongside the Waldreas Retirement Village, is looking for experienced Housekeepers/Cleaners to join its team on a permanent part-time or casual basis. The work covers a range of morning and afternoon shifts, keeping the home clean, hygienic and safe for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the home clean, hygienic and safe every day.
• Deliver to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, improving the presentation of and service within the home.
• Manage a hygiene maintenance system of auditing and site inspections to support operational excellence.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail, since health and hygiene standards are critical.
• A strong commitment to Work, Health and Safety principles.
• Positive, warm, empathetic and with a can-do approach.
• Team player.
