About the role

Estia Health is recruiting a casual Housekeeper for its aged care homes. The role is about keeping each home clean, hygienic and safe so residents can enjoy it every day. It is a casual position only.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the home clean, hygienic and safe for residents to enjoy every day.
• Deliver to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, improving the presentation of the home and the service it offers.
• Join a team of aged care professionals dedicated to enriching and celebrating the lives of residents.
• Implement and manage a hygiene maintenance system of auditing and site inspections to support operational excellence.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail, since health and hygiene standards are critical.
• A strong commitment to Work, Health and Safety principles.
• A positive, warm, empathetic attitude and a can-do approach.
• Team player.
