Hotel All‑Rounder – Front Office & F&B Support

About the role

We are looking for an energetic part‑time Hotel All‑Rounder to support both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations at Mercure Brisbane Garden City. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver service excellence from check‑in to check‑out, handling guest enquiries and issues.
• Work shifts across the Front Desk and the café/restaurant, including preparing coffees, snacks and serving food.
• Promote and sign up guests for the Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme.
• Assist guests with self‑check‑in kiosks and maintain accurate guest accounts.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and think quickly to resolve issues.
• Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation.
• Willingness to obtain a valid RSA certificate before starting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Opera property management system (preferred).
