Hospital Pharmacist – Casual (Weekend) – Hervey Bay

About the role

We are seeking a casual Hospital Pharmacist to join the multidisciplinary team at Slade Pharmacy within St. Stephen’s Hospital in Hervey Bay. The role offers flexible weekend work, full training and the chance to develop clinical pharmacy skills in a supportive hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient clinical pharmacy services to in‑patients and out‑patients.
• Conduct medication admission and discharge reconciliations.
• Perform therapeutic drug monitoring and monitor medication outcomes.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and offer medication‑related advice.

Required profile

• General registration with AHPRA without practice restrictions.
• Australian working rights valid for at least 12 months from start date.
• Personal indemnity insurance.
• Availability to work weekends (preferred).
