Home & Investment Lending Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

ANZ is recruiting Home & Investment Lending Managers for its Australia Retail division, based at 833 Collins Street, Docklands, Melbourne. The role is permanent and full-time, with a hybrid arrangement. ANZ is expanding its lending team and investing in marketing, customer leads and lending operations, and offers dedicated capability coaches and career pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers to save for, buy and own their own home or investment property
• Build strong relationships with customers and coach them through the home loan journey
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Develop your own lending capability through training and development

Required profile

• Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience
• Experience in a sales role with financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with a desire to build your network and promote ANZ
• Proactive attitude and willingness to join a collaborative team
