Home & Investment Lending Manager – Hybrid

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Home & Investment Lending Manager to join its high‑activity Lending Hub in the Bayside region of Victoria. The role is hybrid, combining customer‑focused sales activity with the delivery of tailored home and investment loan solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their property goals and identify lending opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of home and investment loan business.
• Manage a high volume of customer conversations, enquiries and referrals.
• Deliver customised lending solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve both customer and business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving sales, lending or business‑development targets.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to generate and convert opportunities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Resilience, adaptability and a customer‑first mindset.

• Experience developing and managing a pipeline of lending opportunities.
• Strong influencing, networking and commercial judgement.
