Home & Investment Lending Executive – Western Victoria

About the role

ANZ is seeking a Home & Investment Lending Executive to work across branch locations in the Western Victoria region. This full‑time permanent position supports customers in saving for, buying and owning their home or investment property while contributing to ANZ’s growth in the lending market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the local market.
• Coach customers through the home loan journey and deliver an exceptional experience.
• Support ANZ’s growth objectives by generating new lending business and referrals.
• Develop personal lending capability through dedicated training and coaching.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of the Western Victoria local property market.
• Ability to build trust‑based relationships with customers.
• Motivation to develop a career in home and investment lending.
