Home Installer (TV, Audio, Whitegoods & IT) – Subcontractor

About the role

We are seeking experienced subcontractors to join JB Hi-Fi’s network of installers across Bunbury, WA. You will help customers set up and connect their new TVs, audio systems, whitegoods, computers and Wi‑Fi equipment in both residential and commercial environments.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure televisions, sound systems, appliances, computers and networking devices at customer locations.
• Ensure all equipment is safely mounted, connected and fully operational before handover.
• Provide clear instructions to customers on product use and maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, including use of a White Card and appropriate insurance.
• Manage travel logistics using a suitable vehicle and maintain accurate service records.

Required profile

• Demonstrated passion for helping people with technology.
• Proven experience installing TV, audio, whitegoods, computers and Wi‑Fi solutions.
• Australian Business Number (ABN) and GST registration.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
• White Card, right to work in Australia and relevant insurance coverage.
