Home Care Transport Driver - Milton/Ulladulla

About the role

IRT Group, a community-owned provider of independent living, aged care and home care, is looking for a kind-hearted and empathetic Home Care Transport Driver in the Milton/Ulladulla area. The driver helps clients maintain their independence by taking them to appointments and daily outings. This is a casual position covering the Milton/Ulladulla region, Monday to Friday, with hours that may vary between 8 AM and 5 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Transport clients to appointments and social outings
• Provide social support and companionship
• Engage in activities of daily living (ADLs)

Required profile

• Current Australian driver's licence and ownership of a reliable car with comprehensive car insurance
• Current First Aid certificate and CPR, or willingness to obtain them
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a second language is a bonus
• Resilience and ability to work independently
• Empathy and a passion for supporting older Australians
