Home Care Physiotherapist - NSW

About the role

BaptistCare, one of Australia's largest home care providers, is seeking expressions of interest from experienced physiotherapists to join its growing team in NSW. You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care, helping older people maintain or regain independence, mobility and confidence to stay at home.

Required profile

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
• Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation or community settings
• Understanding of reablement and restorative care models
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• First aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a registered vehicle with minimum third-party property damage insurance
