Home Care Cleaner

About the role

BaptistCare is looking for a Cleaner to service clients in the Dubbo and surrounding areas. The role supports older people to live independently at home by helping them with household cleaning, while developing genuine connections with clients. It suits people who want to make a difference in the lives of older Australians and who prefer their own hours.

Key responsibilities

• Help clients live independently at home by providing household cleaning
• Develop genuine connections with clients and support them to live their best possible lives
• Transport clients using your own vehicle

Required profile

• Unrestricted Australian driver's licence
• A reliable vehicle with at least third-party property damage insurance
• Strong communication, resilience and patience
• Proficient use of smartphones, apps and email

What we offer

• Paid: $34.42 per hour (unqualified) to $36.23 per hour (qualified) plus superannuation, paid travel time and mileage between clients
