About the role
Join H&M for the holiday season as a Sales Advisor at our Rundle Mall store. This part‑time, fixed‑term role runs from 1 November to 26 December and focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, guide them through the store and help them find products.
- Share fashion and product knowledge to support informed purchase decisions.
- Maintain a well‑stocked, organized sales floor and back‑of‑house area.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or a similar field.
- Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional in‑store experience.
- Enjoy collaborative, dynamic environments and are communicative and curious.
- Flexible, action‑oriented and eager to learn.
