Holiday Season Sales Advisor - GPO Perth

About the role

H&M Group is recruiting casual Sales Advisors for its GPO store in Perth for the upcoming holiday season. The role is about welcoming customers, guiding them through the store and helping them find what they need while showcasing the products. It is a casual contract.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, guide them through the store and help them find what they need
• Share fashion and product knowledge so customers can make informed choices
• Collaborate with the team to deliver good service throughout the customer journey
• Keep the sales floor and back of house well-stocked, organised and inviting
• Help with opening and closing the store
• Represent yourself and the brand positively in all customer interactions

Required profile

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or a similar field
• Passion for fashion and for delivering an in-store experience that promotes products and drives sales
• Thrives in collaborative, dynamic environments
• Communicative, creative and curious, eager to learn and develop
• Flexible and action-oriented
