Hebrew Language & AI Training Expert

About the role

Gramian Consulting Group is seeking native‑level Hebrew speakers to support an AI training project. You will listen to Hebrew audio clips, assess linguistic quality, and provide detailed feedback in English. No prior AI experience is required – your expertise in Hebrew is the key qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to Hebrew audio (human or AI‑generated) and evaluate nativeness, fluency, pronunciation, intonation, rhythm and overall linguistic authenticity.
• Provide clear, concise written feedback in English, including detailed justifications to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve language‑related ambiguities.
• Contribute insights that help improve the AI system’s Hebrew language understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned review tasks accurately and within required timelines while maintaining high quality standards.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Hebrew with excellent spoken and written command.
• Minimum B2‑level English proficiency, able to communicate clearly in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle differences in pronunciation and fluency.
• Capability to provide structured, objective, and well‑reasoned feedback.
• Ability to work independently and consistently follow evaluation guidelines.
