About the role

A leading Tier 1 architecture and design practice is seeking an experienced Health Architect to join its Brisbane studio. The role involves working on complex healthcare projects from concept through to delivery, collaborating with senior leaders, clients and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate design ideas for healthcare environments.
• Lead design discussions, coordinate project teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to strategic project thinking and turn complex requirements into functional spaces.
• Mentor junior staff and support the growth of the practice’s healthcare portfolio.

Required profile

• Solid experience on healthcare projects within an architectural practice.
• Strong design instincts and ability to present ideas clearly.
• Experience across all project stages, from early planning to construction documentation.
• Confidence handling complex briefs and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of technical and regulatory considerations in healthcare settings.
• Collaborative style with strong client‑facing and presentation skills.
