Head – Voice of Customer

About the role

Manitou Group is looking for a Head of Voice of Customer to act as the strategic bridge between the LAPAM market and global product development. You will turn dealer feedback and raw data into high‑velocity insights that drive profitable growth, safety and regional performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead an autonomous, international team across four clusters (Agriculture, Construction, Mining, Circularity Solutions).
• Oversee market research, digital listening and needs‑gap analysis to identify customer preferences and humanise target audiences.
• Provide evidence‑based recommendations to prioritise R&D investments and align product roadmaps.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales and Marketing while managing a strategic Customer Advisory Board.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive experience in large‑scale manufacturing, automotive or heavy‑machinery environments.
• Proven expertise in market‑research synthesis, strategic executive reporting and cross‑functional consensus building.
• Based in the LAPAM region with willingness to travel 70‑80%.
