About the role
Lead the sales organisation for SodaStream in Australia, reporting to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for driving growth, profitability and brand presence across all categories.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute long‑term sales strategy and business plans aligned with global direction.
- Own full P&L for the business unit, setting revenue, cost, inventory and profit targets.
- Lead the Key Account Management team, build strong customer relationships and negotiate strategic deals.
- Oversee inventory, supply‑chain and S&OP activities to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Use data analytics to define commercial strategies, monitor competitor activity and report to local and global stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven track record in FMCG sales leadership with experience managing major accounts and entering new markets.
- Strong commercial acumen, P&L responsibility and ability to set and achieve KPIs.
- Executive leadership skills with a history of building high‑performing teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work in a fast‑paced environment and think 1‑2 years ahead.
