About the role
Sleek is seeking a Head of Sales to lead and scale its Australian commercial engine from Sydney. You will own revenue outcomes, shape the go‑to‑market strategy and build a high‑performing B2B sales team for a fast‑growing AI‑powered corporate services provider.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Australia sales strategy and revenue targets, reporting directly to the Global VP of Sales & Customer Success.
- Build and lead a high‑performing sales organisation, recruiting and developing Account Executives.
- Drive revenue growth by improving conversion rates, average deal size and pipeline quality.
- Establish scalable sales processes, playbooks and coaching frameworks to reduce reliance on individual heroics.
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading B2B sales teams in a fast‑growth technology or SaaS environment.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales organisations.
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to design go‑to‑market plans.
- Excellent leadership and people‑development skills.
