Head of Retail Media

About the role

7‑Eleven Australia is building a retail media business to drive revenue and value for suppliers and customers. As Head of Retail Media you will shape the strategy, lead a growing team and own the end‑to‑end operating model across people, process, assets and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Set and lead the retail media strategy for Anytime Media, delivering commercial performance and supplier value.
• Build and scale the operating model covering sales, campaign delivery, data, technology, reporting and governance.
• Develop product, pricing and inventory propositions that maximise the value of 7‑Eleven’s media assets.
• Oversee the full campaign lifecycle from planning to execution, reporting and optimisation.
• Partner with Marketing, Merchandise, Operations, Data and Technology teams to create a connected retail media ecosystem.

Required profile

• Senior experience in retail media, commerce media, shopper marketing or a related commercial environment.
• Proven track record of leading commercial growth and media operations.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with suppliers, advertisers, agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex priorities into clear plans and simple communication.

Required skills

• Data‑driven decision making using customer, media and commercial data.
• Experience designing and improving operating models, workflow and governance.
