Head of Marketing

About the role

Lead the marketing function for Australia's leading commercial energy procurement, cost management and technology business as it scales up. You will own the brand, strategy, digital presence and communications while building a demand generation engine that drives qualified sales opportunities and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the B2B marketing strategy, including brand positioning and the transition to the Energin brand.
• Build a scalable demand generation engine that delivers qualified sales opportunities.
• Manage digital marketing channels such as website, SEO, LinkedIn, paid campaigns, email and content.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to improve pipeline generation and conversion.
• Lead internal marketing resources, agencies and external partners.
• Oversee marketing investment and measure commercial performance.
• Drive innovation through AI, automation and emerging marketing technologies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including leadership roles.
• Proven success generating qualified sales pipelines and contributing to revenue growth.
• Experience marketing complex B2B services, technology or solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen with a data‑driven approach.
• Comfortable balancing strategy with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.
