Head of Marketing

About the role

Reporting to the leadership team, you will be responsible for building and executing the marketing strategy that drives loan book growth, accelerates originations and maximises customer lifetime value. This is a hands‑on leadership role – you will set the strategy and build the engine, but you will also need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and executing.

Key responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy with a direct line to revenue, originations and profitability.
• Develop campaigns, content and tools for accredited brokers to grow numbers and drive origination volume.
• Optimise the full lead generation funnel from awareness through application, origination and settlement.
• Build automated, behaviour‑led customer journeys that deepen relationships and maximise long‑term value.
• Position the business as the preferred choice for brokers, partners and businesses through compelling storytelling and market differentiation.
• Continuously test, learn and improve across channels, audiences, messaging and conversion.

Required profile

• Proven background in fintech, B2B or non‑bank business lending as a senior marketing leader.
• Strong expertise across digital acquisition, sales enablement, customer lifecycle and brand.
• Commercial instinct to connect marketing activity directly to revenue, customer acquisition and growth.
• Balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution – able to set vision and do the work.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to prioritise and optimise.
• Adept at operating in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment where not everything is already built.
