Head of Marketing – Australia

About the role

As Head of Marketing for Australia, you will own the market P&L and shape the go‑to‑market strategy from launch through scale. You will work closely with the Australia General Manager and act as the bridge between local needs and Nexo’s global marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Australia‑specific marketing strategy, budget and measurement framework.
• Partner with the Australia GM to align marketing with regulatory milestones and commercial priorities.
• Coordinate with HQ Paid, Partnerships, Creative, Web/SEO, Lifecycle and Analytics teams to translate global capabilities into local impact.
• Maintain live market intelligence on crypto, fintech and wealth trends, including publishers, influencers and ad platforms.
• Develop personas, targeting strategies and localized messaging for high‑net‑worth and mass‑affluent investors.
• Audit and optimise key customer touchpoints such as landing pages, onboarding flows and help centre content.
• Turn data insights into actionable briefs and test hypotheses to improve funnel performance.
• Adapt brand voice and value propositions to ensure cultural relevance in Australia.
• Monitor brand reputation, community sentiment and potential risks, proposing timely responses.
