Head of Human Resources

About the role

The Head of HR for Cartier Oceania will lead the HR strategy for Australia and New Zealand, supporting around 180 employees and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with global Cartier and Richemont objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, development and retention initiatives.
• Provide strategic HR counsel to leadership and champion organizational design.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, headcount planning and annual salary/bonus reviews.
• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding and recruitment metrics.
• Implement learning & development programs and manage talent reviews.
• Handle employee relations, engagement surveys and visa/immigration matters.
• Lead HR projects at group, HQ and regional levels.

Required profile

• Relevant degree and at least 10 years of HR business partner experience.
• Proven track record of strategic HR and L&D initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership, influencing and communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities and data‑driven approach.
• High integrity, discretion and personal accountability.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced international environment.
