Head of FP&A for ANZ

About the role

The Head of FP&A ANZ will lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and strategic analysis for Reckitt's ANZ business. Reporting to the Finance Director ANZ, this senior leader will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing clear insight into performance and supporting sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the ANZ planning, forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning processes.
• Deliver objective performance views across revenue, profit, working capital and key financial metrics.
• Serve as custodian of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, aligning commercial priorities with financial plans.
• Partner with the Finance Director, ANZ Leadership Team and regional stakeholders to provide strategic financial guidance.
• Identify risks, opportunities and performance gaps, offering actionable recommendations.
• Conduct scenario planning, forecasting and modelling to support proactive decisions.
• Challenge commercial assumptions on pricing, investment, portfolio mix, promotions and growth initiatives.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, executive‑level insights and storytelling.
